Refund policy
RETURNING UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected Brillbird USA may agree to their return. This request must be made to Brillbird USA within 7 days of receipt of goods. The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us. The following goods only are eligible for return:
1) Goods that are non-perishable or non-sterile
2) Goods that have not been given free or as part of an offer
3) Goods that are unworn, unused and sent back to us in original packaging
4) Goods received that have been substituted for original items ordered
5) Goods must be a current product line and not discontinued
